    Great customer service

    I ordered a size too big. I used the shoe size chart on the website but when they arrived they were 2 sizes too big. I emailed you guys and I can't remember the ladies name but she was so lovely. She told me to keep the shoes j had and to let her know the new size and a brand new pair were sent out to me in a smaller size. It was so easy and simple process, which I appreciated because I am unwell so was so happy it was so easily fixed and I didn't have to worry about sending the old shoes back. I run a brain tumour charity @braintumourahoy and I'm going to do a raffle to win the brain shoes I have spare to raise funds for my charity. Very happy :)
