Border Collie Flower Casual Shoes

I'm usually a little nervous when ordering online from a company I haven't heard of but Groove Bags totally came through. I just love my Border Collie shoes, they are adorable! My order arrived surprisingly fast, less than 2 weeks! I ordered 2 pairs, one for my self (sz 8) and one for my daughter (sz9) so we could wear them to a Mother's Day brunch. Both pairs turned out to be very loose on us so I reached out to Groove Bags via email and they were amazing! They replied back to me quickly and sent out a size 7 for me (my daughter just kept my size 8's) at no charge. They asked me to donate the size 9's to an animal charity or charity of my choice. (which I thought was awesome) The replacement shoes arrived in time for Mother's Day so we could wear our matching shoes to brunch! I was extremely happy with the customer service I received, the Groove Bag reps I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The only thing I might suggest is to size down from your regular size maybe a 1/2 size at least. I am always an 8 and they were way too loose where they were flopping when I walked. My replacement size 7's were actually really tight but I managed to stretch them a fair bit. 7 1/2's would have been perfect. All in all very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend!
