I was excited to order my shoes in a buy one get one. When they arrived I was happy with how cute they were. I am not pleased with the soles. I don’t feel they are suitable to wear outside. I feel they are too smooth on the bottom. So I will be wearing them in the house. Since I have bags to match both pair I was planning on using them together. I get so many comments on the bags and have met many dachshund owners and lovers.

Over all my experience has been wonderful. Now the real test ...how do I get this problem end solved? May I exchange them for different pair and different size or may I change the size?
