    Great Customer Service & Awesome Products

    I had never heard of Groove Bags until my wife’s mother gave her a pair of the best shoes I have ever seen (biology sneakers). Unfortunately the shoes were one size too small and when I contacted Customer Service about an exchange, they could not have been more accommodating, prompt, friendly, and professional. My wife now has the Best Sneakers Ever in a size she can wear, and after the experience I bought myself some sweet Chicken Hightops because this company has a direct window into my aesthetic fashion senses.
