Got a lot of compliments on the shoes. No foam padding but they are not uncomfortable. Got a size 42...fit perfectly.

Love the shoes got a lot of compliments little tight when you first put them on but they have some give so that's wonderful just need to be broken in. Bought them for a girls trip to Florida because I'll do a lot of walking while I'm there and wanted to have something to represent my fight.
