I ordered the size I usually wear, not knowing that their sizes run smaller, and when I contacted CS to explain my predicament, and, if I even got a reply, I was expecting to have to fight my case. This couldn't have been further from my experience! The individual I spoke with via email not only apologized for the inconvenience, but explained exactly how to get the correct measurements then sent me a replacement pair within a couple weeks! Will definitely be Christmas shopping with Groove Bags and have recommended them to several friends already!

So far they have been comfortable. They run true to size, I am a size 10 and was concerned. The insoles come out so you can place one with a better arch support if you like.
