My wife loves the bag. It is very roomy and she likes the long handles. She has received many compliments and comments regarding the bag. Our Basset Hound is named Maggie, so the bag has become known as the Maggie Baggie. It gets used every day.

Despite the product's title ("linen tote" bag), it is NOT linen. When I complained, I was told to read the product description (i.e. the fine print). It took weeks to arrive, since despite the company's US address, the product is made in China. I was also told that the products are "custom" made for each order, which I seriously doubt. I would NOT recommend the product nor ordering *anything* from this company.
