I got this for my wife who normally wears a 9.5. The shoe fit a little big so I asked if there was any way to return it for the right size. The Customer Service person was SO friendly and offered to send us a free pair instead. Moreover, she encouraged us to donate the original pair, which goes to show what kind of company Groovy is. They care about their customers and their community. I will definitely be buying from them again!
